종자골염은 한 번 발생하면 치료 기간이 오래 걸리고 재발이 빈번하게 발생합니다.
메디풋 맞춤깔창은 보행 시 종자골에 가해지는 압력을 분산시켜서
편안한 보행이 가능하도록 제작됩니다.
종자골의 압력을 줄이는 방법은 종자골 압력 조절 패드와
발의 구조적 문제를 보완하는 설계를 이용한 방법이 있습니다.

종자골 압력 조절 패드 특수 설계
종자골 압력 조절 패드는 종자골로 체중이 전달되지 못하도록
통증 부위를 맞춤깔창 밑으로 빠뜨리는 역할을 합니다.
이러한 특별한 설계는 종자골로 가는 압력을
2~5번 앞 발바닥 전체로 분산시켜 종자골에 가해지는 압력을 줄일 수 있습니다.
메디풋 종자골 압력 조절 패드는 정밀한 검사와 측정을 통해 제작됩니다.
또한, 개인의 발 형태와 증상에 따라 패드의 높이를 조절해 압력을 최소화 시킵니다.
압력의 크기에 따라 종자골 압력 조절 패드를 1mm단위로 조절해서 설계할 수 있습니다.

발의 구조적 문제를 보완하여 압력을 줄이는 설계
1. 발 등이 높은 발 (요족)
발등이 높은 발은 정상적인 발에 비해 종자골염이 잘 발생하고
한번 발생하면 치료기간이 매우 길어집니다.
발등이 높은 발은 족압 검사를 시행하면
엄지발가락 뒤쪽 (종자골 부위)에 강한 압력이 발생하는 것을 쉽게 관찰 할 수 있습니다.
발등이 높을 경우 종자골염에 미치는 영향
정상발에서 중족골은 지면과 비교적 완만한 경사를 이루어
종자골과 발가락 전체에 체중이 고르게 분산됩니다.
반면, 발등이 높을 경우 중족골과 지면이 이루는 경사가 급하여
종자골 부위에 압력이 집중되는 증상이 발생합니다.
이처럼 발등이 높아 종자골에 압력이 집중되는 문제는
맞춤 깔창의 도움으로 해결할 수 있습니다.
발등이 높은 발을 위한 종자골염 맞춤 깔창
메디풋 맞춤 깔창은 환자의 발을 본 떠 제작하기 때문에
발등이 높더라도 충분히 아치 서포트가 되도록 제작합니다.
인구의 10%를 차지하는 발등이 높은 분들은
본인 발 굴곡에 맞춤으로 제작된 아치서트를 착용해야
종자골의 압력을 줄일 수 있습니다.
2. 발목이 안으로 무너진 발 (평발)
발목이 똑바로 서있지 않고 내측으로 과도하게 기울어진 현상을 발목 과회내라고 합니다.
발목 과회내가 있으면 종자골 부위에 압력이 더 커지게 됩니다.
발목 과회내가 있는 경우 보행 시
정상의 경우보다 많이 체중이 발 안쪽으로 이동하게 됩니다.
특히, 뒤꿈치가 들리는 동작에서 많은 체중이 종자골에 집중되는 현상이 발생합니다.
발목 과회내에 의한 종자골염 발생은 발목을 정상 형태로 유지시켜 줘야
보행 시 종자골에 가해지는 압력이 줄어들게 됩니다.

Q.신발을 가지고 방문해야 할까요?
신발을 가져오실 필요는 없습니다. 신발에 따라 앞쪽 모양이 조금 다른 경우가 있습니다.
기존 신발깔창을 꺼내서 모양이 맞지 않는 부분은 조금 잘라내고 착용하시면 됩니다.
(설명서를 보시면 누구나 쉽게 착용 가능 합니다)
⚠ 이런 경우엔 신발을 가져오시는 걸 추천해드립니다.
🔹제품 설명서를 읽기 어려운 고령의 어르신 분들은 신발을 맡겨주시면 저희가 모양에 맞게 재단해서 신발에 넣어 보내드립니다.
🔹 축구화처럼 폭이 좁은 스포츠화나 특정 신발에만 착용을 원하는 경우
❊ 신발을 맡기실 분들은 한두 치수 여유 있는 사이즈의 신발이 좋습니다.
